Up the Aisle & Jamaica Man!
I’m just trying to come to terms with my new found status, I’m married!! It’s soooo weird as I feel so un-grown up! I got married to the infamous Mr Bigs a few weeks ago. It was a totally untraditional day of fun. We did it in the countryside and arrived in a pimped up tractor, both our families competed in a sports day event (oops I know you’re supposed to bring families together! Not put them up against each other!) Martin was the man with the megaphone and was a brilliant commentator totally in his element.
It was a really laid back affair with a BBQ on a perfect day. Andre-the-news-Morgan was heckling me as I did my award winning speech, he’s been trying to blame the rum! And producer Tola was going round my family getting all the goss and finding out about all my skeletons in my closet!
I so nearly turned into bridezilla when my makeup girl missed her train and was an hour late, the caterer bust a tyre and was 2 hours late and the photographer got caught in traffic and was an hour and a half late! Many a deep breaths!

I went to Jamaica for the honeymoon. Wow, I love that country so much. Great food, music and people. We stayed at the amazing Breezes Resort which has the most perfect Caribbean beach.
Look look I hooked up with the Wailers on the beach! Lucy Ambache and The Wailers. He he!
Oh and the resort next door was Hedonism. It’s a very liberal, anything goes resort (when the breakfast crew went to Jamaica last year we had to bust a visit to just to report as journalists of course!!) We popped in there to see wa ta gwan and there was a guy playing piano naked!! Mr bigs thought it was TMI.
