History Jam: The Photos!
On the 26th October Choice FM hosted its first ever History Jam! Taking place at the swanky Café De Paris. The day celebrated the past, present and future of Black History.
History Jam was the first ever event to be run by volunteers under the guidance of Choice FM.
A core team of volunteers ranging in ages 19-24 came into Choice FM over a 4 week period to shape a community event to celebrate Black History Month as part of the vinspired ‘I Have a Choice’ project.
A big thank you to all those who managed to brave the down pours on the day to attend!
Big shout to all our fabulous performers on the day, Ruthless, Levi Roots , Action Jackson, Mc Lean, Mohombi, Loick Essien, Talay Riley, Grace Shannan fashion label, and SWAY!
A big thank you to Waterstones who kindly donated a load of books for the day.
Lastly big congratulations to all the volunteers who planned and worked on the day to make it a big success!
