Chris Brown has hit back at criticism of his Grammy Awards performance on Sunday.
Brown took to the stage and performed new song 'Turn Up The Music' followed by hit single 'Beautiful People' along with bagging the award for Best R&B Album for 'F.A.M.E.'.
In a message that has since been deleted, Chris reportedly wrote on Twitter: "HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That's the ultimate F**K OFF!"
He is also alleged to have said: "Strange how we pick and choose who to hate!
"Let me ask u this. Our society is full of rappers (which I listen to) who have sold drugs (poisoning). But yet we glorify them and imitate everything they do.
"Then right before the worlds eyes a man shows how he can make a Big mistake and learn from it, but still has to deal with day to day hatred! You guys love to hate!!! But guess what???"
According to Radar Online, a source claims an assistant of Chris wrote the messages, and was ordered by the 'Fortune' singer to take them down.
